Monday - Friday 6:30am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 6:30am - 3 pm
Sunday: 6:30 am - 12 pm
Orders are received from 8: AM to 6: PM, if the customer orders through the website after hours of operation, the order will be processed the next day as of 10:00 AM.
The delivery of our products can be completed every day from 6:30 AM until 11:30 AM
The value of the delivery will be calculated taking into account the address / city of delivery and will be added to the total value of the order. The invoice will be sent via email within a period of 24 to 48 hours once the order has been completed .
The purchase of our products must be made at least 48 business hours in advance of delivery, taking into account our hours of operation.
Taking into account the daily inconveniences that may arise due to the traffic and the delivery route, it is established that the product delivery will be completed within a one hour window established at the time of the order (for example, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. .), to be agreed with the client and that the latter deliver the exact information of the destination address for the timely delivery of the product.
In the event that the recipient is not present at the address provided, Magical Mornings will communicate with the recipient or customer to solve the problem presented. If the situation can not be resolved after 10 minutes, in case there is a reception point in place, or it is considered appropriate to leave it at the entrance of the address, the product will be left there so that it can later be retrieved by the intended recipient.
If the delivery of the product is definitely not possible, a new date and time of delivery will be agreed with the client, and if necessary a new place of delivery, which, if the company was not responsible for the inconvenience presented, will generate a new delivery fee which must be paid before proceeding with the second attempted delivery.
- In case of any inconsistency with the products delivered, it is required that the client report the situation as soon as possible by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to solve the problem presented. If, on the first day after the product has been delivered, no observations are made regarding the quality of the products and the service provided, it will be understood that the service has been provided to the customer's satisfaction
In case the client requires to cancel the order, and if it was only booked, the cancellation will be effective, taking into account that the order has not been paid or has been dispatched for delivery. If the order was already paid and dispatched, a new date and time of delivery will be agreed and a new payment will be generated per address. If the order was already paid and has not been dispatched, a refund of 70% of the total value of the order will be made.
The products shown on the page such as stuffed animals, liquors, cakes, sweets and other foods are subject to availability, in case there is no existence of such products, they will be replaced by products of the same quality and value.
Each order is customized to the customer's request. The photos shown on the page are products customized by the client and some of them have extras.
Any additional requests and/or customizations can be included in the additional notes field when placing your order.

Please keep in mind that the delivery costs are not included in the rate you see in the website, since it varies according to the distance and city.
Photos of the person receiving the order will only be taken and shared at the customer's request.
Once submitted through our website, a representative from the Magical Mornings team will process you order within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a PayPal link via email and may proceed with secure payment via credit/debit card; If you do not already have a PayPal account, you may either create one, or log in as guest.
